"We said see you later to our Ellie this afternoon. After 12 years together, our family couldn't imagine saying goodbye or what that experience would be like. I wanted to take a moment to ease anyone's mind who may be looking through these reviews as they get ready to say goodbye to their sweet pet.Dr. Sarah and her team took such good care of us. From the moment we walked in, they were by our side and guiding us through our first time losing a pet. They treated Ellie with kindness and compassion. She was relaxed being with such sweet people. Everything was explained to us, they gave us time to process each step, and made us feel as prepared as we could feel during this time.Dr. Sarah and team... thank you. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby the last few weeks as her health started to decline. She was always excited to go to the vet and see her friends there.
