"Dr. Cassie and her team are fantastic. They were so kind and gentle about our dog and options for how to help him. Ultimately it ended up being time to let him go. They had a comfortable and soothing room that had a side exit so we had privacy when we were ready to leave. They gave us plenty of time saying good bye. They thoroughly explained things and helped my kids understand what was happening and what our dog would experience. We had to put down our other dog 2.5 years ago and they were too young then to be involved but they're tweens now and wanted to be there with us to help our best boy on to his next journey. I will be forever grateful for their bedside manner and kindness."
